I took part in the mindfullness program through MRS run by Richard Chambers in 2013, it was fantastic. At the very least, it introduced to the wonderful benefits of meditation, and since have started a daily meditation practice with fantastic results.
Not only that, it broke down the thought processes behind stress and procrastination, and can say that i have slowly been improving on reducing both.
