This is the first in a series of videos exploring the path of mindfulness through the lens of the "four foundations". In this video we discuss this path and provide an overview of the foundations. In future posts, we will go deeper into the practice in each of them.

The 4 foundations of mindfulness are:
1) Mindfulness of the body
2) Mindfulness of feeling tones
3) Mindfulness of states and qualities of mind (mindfulness of "moods")
4) Mindfulness of "Dhammas" - perhaps better left untranslated, but for now we can call it "universal contents of awareness"
