Thank you for your excellent tutorial ! My 74”x55” window was installed only 4 years ago, I just noticed that mold is growing between the panels of the picture frame side 70”x55. I thought that I would have to replace the entire window. The window is located on the third floor of my house. Hopefully, by just replacing just the dual panel window glass and not the entire window, I will not have to worry about higher cost of installation and more importantly leakage and dry rot due to poor installation.
