1 Large White Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 knob of Butter
2 tablespoons of Water
French Fries of your choice
4 Slices of American Cheese
Thousand Island Dressing

I'm going to make these next week along with the burgers. You make things super simple to understand and easy to follow. I made clotted cream fudge following one of your videos and my friends and family loved them.

You're supposed to melt the cheese before adding spread and grilled onions, just a tip! That way the spread is cold and it adds to the flavor/texture. I work at INO, so just my two cents

I know In-n-Out don't use packet chips, but this reminds me of something I used to eat as a kid - Coney Island fries. Want to give that a try, Steve?

OMG yum! steve those look so delicious I didn't know that they used thousand island dressing on the top. I have to make this just to try it out. What's the best cheese here in Australia to use that's equivalent to the American style cheese ?
