Thank you for spreading this information.

I read somewhere that cold showers boost the production of white blood cells and you get a more effective response from your immune system when different inflammation occurs.

Every time I got a cold in the past I got very bad symptoms with fever, bad coughing with mucus, intense headaches and overall weakness.

But since I started with ice cold showers the episodes of cold is nowhere as bad as in the past.
Every time I get a cold the symptoms are only minor, I never get any fever and my body still feels strong and does not hinder me from regular daily tasks, anything but training is no problem at all.

Yes I agree with you 💯, even in winter cool showers 🚿 and finish off with cold water 💧, at first you will be screaming 😱 😀 😄 in showers 🚿 but you will later get used to it

All true! Except for the shock part- that's still there after 7 years of practice... but worth it!!

Dr maybe just cutting sugars, seed oils and the carbage will reduce inflammation and help more than a cold shower. 😊
