Starfield's problem is that they tried to create a big world by using small boxes, and to see a whole world you need to visit each small box by opening a new door instead of sitting in 1 big box.

On Stealth - You forgot to add that Cyberpunk 2077 has the Hidden Dragon perk which allows you to perform aerial takedowns on unaware targets. It also has the optical camouflage cyberware which makes you invisible, exactly like the iconic optocam that Motoko Kusanagi uses in Ghost in the Shell.

Stealth is so fun in Cyberpunk 2077 because in a lot of side quests and gigs, you'll be able to hear enemy NPC conversations that are connected to the mission.
