That impact is a classic😀. Oh and I don't know about everyone else but a quick rundown on your shop heating system is always good content to me.

Thanks for another great video in this series! I glad you said something about the air filter location. Otherwise, I would have made that mistake.

Great video and good information. I just sent my ECM out to a tuner for my LS Swap. I want to run a classic intake manifold and will be doing a MAF Delete. Tuner recommended a Speed Density Tune and adding a IAT sensor to the mix. I'm hoping it runs fine, worried a little without a MAF. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, wish me luck!

If you can make up a quick harness you can connect it to your computer and I will be able disable the vats and change VIN etc through the Internet. Disabling rear O2 sensors need to change more than the MIL indicator as the system is made to enrich the air fuel mixture when O2 reading are not right in order to protect the catalytic converters so that enrichment needs to be changed so you aren't wasting fuel

Very informative videos there guys!
I'll be putting an LQ4 with a 4L80e on my hobby 2000 Astro Van in a couple months, any additional advice and prayers would be appreciated 😅

Loving your channel, what about just switching to stand alone systems instead of factory ECM and deleting VATS etc?

The intakes are the same. Its the fuel rails that are different height from LM7 or L59. Swapped them many times

Such great info guys. This will be a great video for your channel. I actually watched your older videos to do my build. You and your wife have been very helpful. I did have an issue come up recently. I had a hard start issue and got a cam position low voltage code. Initially I installed a new Delco cam sensor and just added a new pigtail at the sensor. I am taking it in but wanted to know if you ran into this? This engine is super grounded. Any thoughts? Thanks

To the question of will he notice the difference between a 4.3l and a 6.0: my friend and I have nearly identical 2002 and 2003 chevy 1500HDs. He pulled up next to a friend of his with a pretty decent freshened 69 or 70 mustang 289 w/ automatic. The completely stock pickup took the mustang by a full vehicle length over about 120 feet. Plus I’ve pulled 20, 000lbs with mine. Did 70 mph easily for several hundred miles, I didn’t pass many fuel stops, but essentially trouble free for the entire trip. 😂 keep up the good work!
BTW: any more giveaways planned?

Enjoying your channel. This one especially to help me understand LS swap, the electronic side. BTW I had a 4.3 with 250k break the crank in the same place. Hm. Maybe a common place?

The crankshaft is a common failure point on those older V6s. They were not forged
