Another great video! I just replaced the belt tensioner, belt and idlers on my M273 E550 with parts from FCP. These cars are very affordable if you're willing to roll up your sleeves and keep up on the maintenance as Kyle recommends in this video. Rock on Kyle!

This W211 video series have been great. It's good to hear the intervals of service. I have a W211.112 and a W163.113 and I do my own wrenching. FCP Euro is one of my go-to supply vendors.

What about the cooling system? Any information on that, coolant type, change interval, etc.?

I’ve had my fair share of issues with my 07 e63amg’s belts. It’s snapped on me 6 times. I decided to stop buying Mercedes belts and go with a Continental Elite 4060930 Poly-V/Serpentine Belt. It hadn’t broken since.
As this fellow mentioned: those pulleys do break on post facelift cars. Keep an eye on them. I still have belt shreds stuck in the engine bay from exploded pulleys.

In tank fuel filter assembly is something to consider as well, small filter bag gets loaded up and plugged up with dirt and overheats the pump to the point of failure

Love this 211 content. I have been doing my own 2004 E500 work lately. Thanks for your videos. They help a lot. I need to change my trans filter. Maybe sometime you can show cleaning those little screens on the valve body! Sounds a little involved ! Thanks, Tom
