I always assumed the pink one was a Kirby alt the same way Kirby has the maskless meta knight alt

Also fun fact: Some of Meta Knights costumes have his eyes red because this was seen in the Kirby anime, "Kirby Right Back at Ya!", where Meta Knights eyes turned red when he was angry.

If there's a Smash 6, they should make Meta Knight's red alt look more like Morpho Knight to kind of complete the trinity of Meta Knight clones

Literally some of the most perfect alternates in Smash, but I really wish they went all in with the alternate costumes, making his wings and cape tattered and have the announcer say that it’s Dark Meta Knight and Galacta Knight while changing the wings to angel wings and just replacing the sword with a lance

The pink one is also just Kirby's color since Kirby has a Meta Knight skin, why not the inverse

Unfortunately the Galacta Knight color does not give the vertical cut down the middle of the mask, it's actually just colored black marks faking the cut even though the horizontal part is properly shaped. In contrast, the character portrait in the character select menu actually does have the opening properly modeled.
