I am 70 and was recently diagnosed as having borderline osteopenia. My functional physician recommended 8 oz of non-fat almond milk, a fistful of organic spinach and a handful of organic blueberries, blended together with a Tablespoon of organic ground flaxseed. It is easy and convenient. But I like your recipe and want to give it a try. I will let you know how it works out 💪 Thank you for an excellent video!

Is ragi good for people with diabetes or insulin resistance? It has a high glycemic index compared to other millets rt ?
One more doubt . Should we not cook the ragi along with milk so that we don't get digestive issues ?
