The Series S/X are amazing Retro Machines. You can now play the entire PS1, PS2 and some PS3 Games. Plus you can play OG Xbox, 360 Xbox One and Series game and gamepass.

I just like the backward compatibility and controller xbox has. Im buying the series X this summer for College Football 25. They aren't releasing that game on old gen 😞

The Series X really sold me with the backwards compatibility program. I have a massive backlog of compatible 360 and OG Xbox stuff and being able to play them all on one box at modern resolutions and frame rates was a massive value add for me, plus I already own a lot of Microsoft store games on PC that are also playable on Xbox. I don't care about GamePass, I hate subscription models for content.

I've been an Xbox fan ever since the 360 first launched in 2005. If it weren't for the backwards compatibility, controller comfort, left thumb stick above the dpad, the exclusives, and the history of games that I purchased throughout the course of 10 years I would DEFINATELY choose the PS5 as my console

I’ve always owned all the consoles and PC (4090). Most of the time I’m on Steam and GamePass (PC and console). But I do like many of the PS5 exclusives. If I had to recommend one to someone without a PC, etc. I think I would say PS5. But, personally, I’m team Xbox.

Love these vids on the current Gen. I flip flop about my thoughts towards them and then I realize how much a new pc would cost me so im grateful for these consoles. The biggest improvement for me is the 60fps and now I have it, it’s hard to go back. The PlayStation portal has been a game changer for me. However since ps is releasing games on pc, it might be my next upgrade

Series X is the best console I have owned in 35 years. It’s insane the amount of stuff you can do when you activate dev mode I have played all the classic god of war games at 4k 60fps not even ps5 can do that. Series X has the best VRR as well and when you got kids my ps5 controller are always flat so the kids end up playing Xbox way more often because the controllers last way longer and gamepass is great for the kids they can play dozens of games for free.

I need help deciding on what to get, ps 5 or xbox series x. I'm not a hard core gamer, and I'm not obsessed with graphics. I just at least want it to look nice and run smoothly on 60 fps. I'm literally ok with that, lol. But I wanna know which has a more variety selection of games, and what would you recommend me getting?

I have about 5 games (physical) for Xbox One and several digital games. Also over 300 digital games for PS4 and 12 PS5 digital games. Life events caused me to sell my Xbox one X and PS5 consoles. I am in better financial shape now and want the best overall bang for buck. What should I get Xbox Series X or PS5?

I have a series X but I'm thinking of purchasing a ps5 end of this month, would you say it's worth it? I just want to buy a ps for the exclusives but I have never played on one and I don't have friends who have one, but I watched some spiderman gameplay and ratchet and clank which looks amazing!

As a 70+yrs old gamer the concept of the Xbox series X and the PS5 is brilliant but I cannot warrant the £400+ to buy either so I shall have to stick with my Xbox one X although I am satisfied with the Xbox one X it keeps me occupied
