I'm nearly 68 yrs and only about 7 yrs ago did I start to question everything. The more I search for truth the more I realize how brainwashed we all are from our very beginnings. There's far more to life than we will ever know and I feel like a 9 yr old trying to learn the real truth of health, our existence, our purpose.

I am maori from New, Zealand. My parents, born 1930's, were also beaten for speaking our native language during school time! As a result of such deprivation of human rights and dignity, we maori, almost....ALMOST lost our language! This was no doubt the intended purpose!! But it failed!! Claim back your identity!!

As a psychiatric nurse for 40 years I was shocked hearing from numerous indigenous people that were in my care. They described abuse, severe punishment and loss of their tribes language and stories These people were being treated for depression, addictions, , suicidal ideation and huge sadness and anger I grew up around these people and had never been told about this No wonder they are still suffering generations later

My Grandmother was born and raised on a reservation in OK. She came to stay with us when my Dad was overseas. in the Navy. I noticed she was 'kind of different' than the other adults in the neighborhood., so I took a real interest in her life, and my heritage. I was pretty horrified when I read about 'Manifest Destiny' etc etc etc. I could not see anything that I thought was "Love, respect, or Christian kindness" for the indigenous in the US. I wish more people from the religious world would be more like Paul and actually search out the reality of the stories of the Bible as well as those that are not being told and shared in the main stream education system. It is hard for me not to believe that all religions were deliberately created as tools just to control and intentionally mislead humans by taking them on a bogus spiritual journey. 15:43 The Catholics and Christians did the same thing to my people here in the United States. They put children into residential schools, cut their hair and took their feathers and Regalia, forcing the children to learn English. There were beatings for speaking our own language things were bad.
Now the residential schools help the kids make their own Regalia and teach them our language. It's a step in the right direction, but it's still a hard place to be.
I just wanted to point out that they haven't quit.

Thank you, Sir! Twice during this presentation I was brought to tears, and am now crying as I am writing to you. Over the past 10-12 years, my belief in what l have been taught in school and just living and taking a good look and listening to what is going on locally and worldwide, has given me every reason to believe that what we believe to be, "our truth" is a far cry from it!
