It also creates unnecessary fear in the minds of family members. Some people are still tired and angry and feel physical pain. That is why it is essential for all of us to clear the negative and bad energies that surround us and even within us.

This chakra is ruled by the 7th Ray of "Ceremonial Magic". According to Sandra Weaver this chakra is about our relationships, creativity, sexuality, control and money.

Here we learn about the polarity of opposites, male and female, positive and negative. Relationships with the opposite sex are explored here. The author also refers the healthy issues associated with this Chakra: Uterine or bladder problems, sexual difficulties, impotence, lack of flexibility, sciatica, lower back pain, and problems with large intestines.

My sacral connects me to my intuition... It connects me to my body... It connects me to my truth... And when I'm in dangerous situations with toxic situations it always sends me messages which I have learnt to ignore all these years as a result of childhood abuse and conditioning.... So therein lies so much shame... That makes me betray and abandon myself... And repeat cycles of abuse and toxic rships and friendships time and again.... But during this meditation I have realised that I can learn to not be ashamed of my shame.... If I sit with myself enough and acknowledge the part of me that is still grieving the abuse... The part of me that is still angry and bitter.... The part of me that still holds on to the past wishing it played out differently... The part of me that's struggling to accept what already is.... If I acknowledge this hurt part of me without being ashamed of her.... My shame won't stand in the way of connecting with my sacral anymore.... Rather.... It will help me learn to tune in with my body and my soul and my femininity.... And slowly heal.... If this is done everyday.... It gets easier and curses get I send love to all who are going through their own healing journeys.... May Love be with you ❤️
