Ask yourself, when was it "great" for Native Americans?

You do not even have to be "woke" to understand what he is saying. You just have to have a certain degree of humanity to understand what he's saying.

As a person of color I thank EVERY commenter for being willing to listen and consider. Folks of color just want the flag to cover us as well. We don't want to bash white folk to make you feel guilty. We just want to be the sister and brother to you that we are.

Another great actor who likes to display his astonishing ignorance. Stick to acting.

I truly don't understand why people can't just treat everybody the way they want to be treated.

Being black, and born in the mid 1950s and growing up in the 1960s in south central Mississippi, when we were protesting, at a very young age, to get voting rights and equal opportunities in the Deep South, l can honestly say it was never great in America for us. You can’t go backwards as a black American looking for a great America, so he is 100 percent correct on that assessment. Having a past history that is so bad in your treatment of people of color, that you don’t want current and future generations to know about shows your true identity and character regardless of how much you try to cover it up. It also explains your diehard support for an extremely flawed individual conning you with the fantasy of going back to those days.

Brian Cranston is asking a lot of someone who wears a MAGA hat to think that much.

Absolutely right. I am so glad that a real man of his stature points out the reality of MAGA

It was never a racial remark until people made it so.
