I played skyrim to the point it could no longer bring me joy. I did everything, killed everything and could start a playthrough off with so little challenge that i thought i could never play it again. Now, after 5 years away. I'm mother fucking back.

Playing it with 400+ mods right now after playing it last back on the PS3 days completely vanilla apart from the DLC. SO WORTH IT!!!

Skyrim is so good. I bought it on ps3, xbox 360, Pc, ps4 and switch. im still playing it today. I'm buying ps4 again just to play Skyrim. i sold my last ps4 to buy a switch lite so i can play Skyrim on the Go.. playing skyrim on the ps5 through cloud streaming at my brother's place is why im buying another ps4 to play Skyrim again with mods.

Thats how bad ass skyrim is.

I'm now playing the anniversary edition of Skyrim after a failed attempt to get into Starfield. I'm having a blast with it. But I didn't really play it over the years, so the newness is still there.

I’ve been playing skyrim since early or mid 2012 I was in middle school at the time i’m now 25 & still find myself coming back to the game from time to time still discovering new things & locations it’s definitely one of those games you never fully quit it’s a 9.5/10 from me 👍

This is how Bethesda has affected my life. No matter what video it be that I watch on Fallout 4 or Skyrim, when there's gameplay in the video I hit a key for no reason other than to interact with the game and feel the urge to then open the game every time. In my opinion that says a lot about how immersive and memorable Bethesda makes their games. Fallout 4 was my save and grace after a long wait after Skyrim. I quite literally was anxiously anticipating for Bethesda's next Skyrim, no game fulfilled my appetite other than Skyrim at the time. So I repeatedly played Skyrim which never bored me for the awe inspiring and beautifully captivating modding community content was there to entertain me to no end and it truly is the best solo fantasy experience I've experienced in my life. Even when I play Eldenring which I love, I crave the warmth of Skyrim's voice actors and cities, which makes Eldenring too quiet and empty in comparison, just my own opinion. Since nothing could compare, with all my heart I was praying for that next single player open world adventure I experienced through Skyrim and still am experiencing, thank you modders, even in AE 1.6.1170 modders are going strong and the game is stunningly modernized with their very generous helping hand. Bethesda really hooked me and made me emotional when I played Fallout 4 for the first time, I couldn't help but jump right in, the music, the voice acting, the comedy gold and in depth story and combat was absolutely everything I wanted and they made it mod-able, imagine if they didn't and stopped letting us mod their games. I'm very grateful that they give us these sandboxes to play in which thrills me to bits. I haven't played Starfield yet but I'm content with Fallout 4 and Skyrim, yes I have bought Starfield but I have the coldest feet right now and I'm very thrilled to experience this game that I don't want to rush into it, yet I can't help but watch some Starfield content and spoil the fun, so I'm not anxious in that sense. I'm a decade long fan of Bethesda, I can wake up in a wasteland when I play Fallout 4, I can wake up in a fantasy-land called Skyrim, I can even wake up on mars within the epic DOOM. I genuinely love Bethesda! I play other games too alright, which has lead me to this realization over time, I have my own constructive criticism for their games but nothing can quench this endless enjoyment Bethesda delivers me.
