Bro ancient egyptians were a thing for 3000 years they were a bit of everything. Most of the time, you would expect them to have had light brown skin, like other mediterranian civilisations. When they were conquered by the nubians, for example, who came from the south and were much darker in skin, theyre skin colour also shifted to a darker tone. Cleopatra, as a more prevelent example, was greek and therefore had a lighter skintone.
Panafricanism is unbelievably dumb, people dont magically turn black once you enter a continent, it is mainly a product of modern (US-) american race perception

Dude 🤦... ok history lesson simplified. At one point egypt was conquered by the Sudanese and they ruled egypt for a time known to historians as "the black Pharaohs".
Egyptians are not black. If you don't believe me go to egypt and take a look there are plenty of Egyptians to look at
