Hi everyone today I'm going to make a jalapeno pickled eggs

Ingredients;
85-90 Large Eggs
1 Liter + 10 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Liter + 10 oz.Water
12 to 15 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
3 Large Jalapenos
1 Large Red Onions
1/4 C Peppercorns

Cooking Pot
Ice Cubes
Strainer
Bucket
Pitcher ( for the apple cider vinegar and water solution )

Procedure;
1.) In a pot arrange layers of eggs.
2.) Pour water into the pot to cover the eggs totally and cover the pot with lid.
3.) Turn on the stove or portable stove to high heat.
4.) Once the water is boiling starts the timer to 7 to 15 minutes.
5.) In a bucket pour some ice cubes for a cold bath for the eggs.
6.) Transfer the hard boiled eggs using a strainer into the cold bath for overnight or 24 hours.
7.) Peel the hard boiled eggs.
8.) Pour Apple Cider Vinegar and water in a pitcher and mix them well.
9.) Put a layer of peeled hard boiled eggs and spices into the jar, then pour the apple cider vinegar and water solution.
10.) Make sure all the eggs are submerged and lock the lid tight.
11.) Store in the fridge for 3 weeks or more.
