It appears to be a stint put there by an apthamologist. Sometimes after doing lacrimal duct surgery, they put one there with a rubber cap to hold it in place so the duct doesn't heal shut. Very cool!

It's not a hair as there's a filament detaching from the main body. Probably as you suspected something put there by a surgeon.

It is a hair folded and twisted, they put in in the hole to tickle it, if you insert long enough hair it can come out of the nose. We used to do it a lot when we were younger.

Trust me, as a kid we used to do this. We insert the hair into the hole and pull it out. its pleasurable when pulling out. the sensation is just addictive

I have a condition where multiple hairs grow out of one follicle. That looks like my hair looks. I have had mystery "pockets" of hair in my lower eyelids a few times. Felt like irritating lump or bump to my eye when my eyelids moved. I was given antibiotics and the pocket eventually opened up with liquid contents draining. At that time the doctor pulled the hair out from the part of the eyelid that contacts the eye, not out the the tear duct.

My fiance wears contacts, and on 2 separate occasions she has woken up (takes contacts out before bed always) with one of her hairs DEEP inside her eye. Got ahold of it and slowly pulled all 8-10in long hair out. It was insane to see 🙀🙀

This is her hair that is wrapped around the eyeball through rubbing! ( rubbing it in due itch and irritation issues! ) And through usual eye movements, an end of the hair will appear at some point in time at the inner end of the eye.
This happened to my mom, and I thought it was an eyelash😬 true!

Ive seen this video on at least 2 other channels. It seems like it would be just incredibly uncomfortable, physically irritating, and just all around miserable to have that in your tear duct. I can imagine that it had to feel SO MUCH BETTER after it came out! The relief was probably GLORIOUS.

Im not sure. But its a piece of hair that is twisted together to ease the itchyness in tear duct. N i tried it. It was really delicious. Especially when it reaches the end n twisted.

I once had a long hair stuck under my eyelid all day while on a trip. I could feel it on the bus, then i thought it was gone like "whatever, maybe it was just an eyelash". nahh we asian always use the hair, squeeze it until it turns rolled up and we use it to lurking the ear or the eyes (little hole on that eye), the reason we do that is for satisfying hahah, this one here is way too much until the hair falling down to the hole... lol...😂😂😂
