The Triangle Choke

The ninth fastest choke to put someone to sleep is the triangle choke. This is my way to set it up, especially since I have short legs. Give it a shot!

The last part of grabbing the leg or shoulder is of such high importance.. not just more pressure. If you’re dealing with an experienced grappler.. there’s always a way out of you don’t cut and secure the corner
