I've been using this since blue belt and it gets u out of deep fully locked in triangles. They'll have to switch to reverse triangle or omaplata to try and finish you.

Thank you Coach! I will try this escape in the next rolling session! I love the Sankaku Jime (triangle choke), but I figure out that before I can execute it properly, I must know how to escape it first! ^^

Foot on other side of neck is $$$ but I find that though to get in a live roll, so often simply check the hip with the knee

You're gonna get armbared regular or straight armbar omaplat go gogoplata and more if you do this

Then you get caught in the Omaplata. White belts shouldn’t teach.
