The biggest tell Meg has that she’s lying is the looking upwards. This is how she memorises her lines and these stories are little skits she preplans and then tells as stories of her “real life” if you watch her tell one of her “funny antidotes” she’s always the same. There’s always recall, looking up, followed by some practiced little song. Saying or statement, dance and hand gestures

You can tell she’s rehearsed the hell outta what she wants to say, but the lie itself makes her suddenly cautious, as she goes into one of these fake stories she always stumbles in some way in the retelling because she is very aware they are lies
