How to make a glazing bar cross joint - window making

Short video on how to make a half lap joint with mitered corners on a glazing bar/muntin when making windows. This works well of different type of profiles with no need on contra profiles, used when connecting bars with mortise and tenons

I cut this joint on the table saw and doing some clean up with hand tools.

This looks good, very similar to what I'm hoping to do, but my problem is I don't have a table saw. I just have a circular saw, and an old school miter box, and I'm not sure how to do those inside 45 degree cuts.

Amazing work. Do yourself a big favor and lose the ring in the wood shop, especially when using a table saw.
