Remember that the CSP (clip studio paint) 3D models are super useful for this method!

May I give some advice from someone who can't do circles? I could never draw faces starting with that big circle, it just don't work for me, not only for heads but for the rest of body parts, so I make triangles and put more triangles over to make a "spiky circle" or even squares, so for angular people do not despair, you just need your own shapes and then somehow the process makes it work

Just a little extra advice for my fellow artists :)
You can do the first step of tracing (but not drawing over) with 3d models. So instead of spending hours searching for the perfect reference or struggling to find the right body type you can use your model as reference ☺
