As a beginner artist, I'm impressed by literally anything

As an artist, I feel the most impressive is to see that people develops their own style. Doesn't matter yet if it's good or not, it's awesome to see that someone has found their own style that they like and want to develop.
I personally prefer someone's doodles and sketches a lot more than realistic stuff.

Edit: I’d just like to say I don’t think me from a year ago was intermediate lol, lovely bit of Dunning-Kruger affect. Still not sure if I’d classify myself as intermediate but I’m definitely better

I’d say beginner artists get the most impressed cause they understand how hard all of this actually is. Non-artists underestimate how much skill even relatively simple art takes since they have no frame of reference
