1. Drink water to hydrate your body to eliminate toxins and poisons flowing through your blood stream and to help get rid of waste.

2. Exercise on a regular basis whether it is weight Lifting, swimming, riding a bike, yoga whatever you choose do it regularly.

3. Eat small frequent meals throughout the day whole foods. Eliminate process foods sugar, alcohol, all artificial foods flavor or do them in moderations not everyday.

4. Sleep 7 to 8 hours a night to repair, regenerate the body burn fat get rid of stress recharge your energy and then repeat the process.

5. How to slow down the aging process. Getting rid of all sugars, alcohol, sods, artificial flavor you name, this will help slow down the aging process we can't stop but we can slow it down by Exercising, eating better, getting 7 to 8 hours a Sleep a night.
