CNBC got an inside look at the innovation behind Dexcom’s latest CGM and its manufacturing process to better understand why two of the world’s biggest tech companies are partnering with it.

I'm Type 1 Diabetic, and if this is true and apple creates a watch for CGM use, it would be absolutely life-changing not only for me but for millions of people who may not know they have early onset Diabetes and could help save lives.

Big pharma instead of curing diabetes treats it as a subscription service. Now the tech world wants to cash in.

Owned Dexcom shares in 2011, sold my shares in 2013, for a $2 gain... Kicking myself ever since.

As a diabetic and someone that wears a Apple Watch series 4, I can't wait for this update they mentioned that does continuous monitoring. Would happily upgrade if it needs that hardware upgrade.
Well done Dexcom :D

T1D for 30+ years and I just want to point out two things. 1. Android phones have been using this monitoring app for years now (Apple is always late to the game). 2. Save the money invested in apps and the possibility of a CGM watch. It's time to put that money to a REAL CURE. I'm absolutely tired of monitoring myself and not living a normal life!
