This is amazing, I began playing 5 months ago as therapy for PTSD with Guitar 4Vets through the VA and another online instructional website. Returning to guitar in my mid-40s after an absence of decades - I was classically taught in my teens so stuff like chord grips and fingerstyle has come back to me pretty easily, strumming is something I've always struggled with though so thanks for your brilliant little exercise - I can already feel it creating new neuro-muscular pathways between my arm muscles and brain!

In the 5th pattern, it seems like your notation on screen is for 7 beats, but when you play at normal tempo, there is an 8th beat at the end, which is at rest. Thanks for these!
