Troubleshooting Deep Carpet Cleaner has low or no spray

How to fix no spray:
Take the clean water tank off #1
#2 Inside the hole where the water would initially feed add maybe 2 oz of water with a cap of vinegar.
#3 find a test area and run on rug for 5-8 minutes until you hear the water pump finally start pulling - with the water tank off. The pump will try to purge air & crud out first then it will bubble & pull the one or two of water. #4 once this is done fill the water tank with hot water 1/4 of the way and test. Be sure the super soak toggle is on and run the machine until all the water has cycled through pressing the button that scrubs & feeds water. For 2 or 3 minutes.

The whole processes took me roughly 10-15 minutes and no need to bullcorn around with takin the machine apart. Once it runs as normal, add cleaning solution and happy rugging....

To prevent this wash your clean water tank out good. Run one full cycle of clean hot water only outside where ever in a 35-45 degree angle.

This might be the most useless troubleshooting video of all time.

Fourth option to check: The cleaner is a POS and the water pump failed. Place in trash bin.

Brand new and right from the box, no spray at all. Motors already sucked up to much dirt and dust, returning asap. Very disappointed.

I have one and it cleans great when works but the motor is making a noise like it’s on it’s last leg and the brush stoped working. I would not recommend this purchase.

PLEASE READ bought this product of couple of years ago used it once. Tried to use it last week, the pump and circuit board are broken. Cost £299.99 plus cleaning solution products totalling £30.00. Spoke to Rug Doctor customer service is a disgrace. No apology, cost of inconvenience or refund of any nature.

Mine work great for a few years I did replace the solenoid pump but now my water won't dispense from the actual water tank. I can take the tank off pour some liquid in where it would go through all the tubing and it shoots it straight out but you put the tank on and nothing comes out. There's a little nipple that recesses into that tank but one you put it on there it's not seeding properly something is keeping the water from coming out but I can put a screwdriver in through it and the water just flows right out so I'm not sure.

Things are POS. Got one, used it 5 times, now thing doesn't spray. Used only the all purpose and the pet treatment one. Had it for 5 months.

come on when I press the button for soap but nothing goes into the waste water bucket frustrated I haven't used it and now I need to clean before company comes and its not doing nothing water just sits there this unit was not cheap either anybody had this happen?
