GTA IV health system looks on point, if you look closely the NOOSE SWAT do have armor health indicator when you aim at them.

i always liked how swat uniforms looked in 3D era of gta so much better then 5, very detailed their design were realistic in GTA IV. so i hope they go back to paying attention to important details with their big upcoming game ever. that i really appreciated more before. and they can can take 1 hit before dying.

That’s not true in gta 5 a normal NPC dies after only one bullet I really hope gta increases their graphics and makes the game more gory
