How should my foot contact the ground? Should I dorsiflex and right before I hit the ground plantarflex? Or should I just dorsiflex the whole time.

Natural rotation of the hip extends the lever and can actually make you faster. The human body is not a robot. Having said that you should still run in a straight line and not side to side or drift

Great advice but this advice doesn't apply to Usain Bolt. He is an exception to the rule. That dude rocking from side to side all over the place and nobody could catch him. 🤣
