Hey man thanks for your videos. Got a question though: I watched one of your videos, where you explained that rhomboid pain is caused bei knots in the serratus anterior and pec minor. So your solution was to massage and stretch these, which helped me to get some release. My question now is, if i can also help to get rid of my rhomboid pain by strengthening the serratus anterior. Is that a good idea and why if so?

My left hip flexsor is realy tight...also I am feeling some pain down the leg in left glute..probably has something to do with scoliosis...any help how to fix?
