Bostonian here. There's a reason the Albert family colloquially refers to judge Cannone as "Aunt Bev." It's an absolute disgrace that she did not recuse herself.

The defense attorneys are doing a masterful job. It's fun to watch such good lawyering, especially in comparison to the prosecution.

I’ve followed this case religiously. Another ‘fun fact’ - Michael Proctor, the lead detective who botched up EVERY part of this investigation, is currently under investigation by IAB, yet he is still on 100% active duty. He’s also the investigator on the Ana Walshe case - the woman whose husband CLEARLY killed her. AND he was just assigned a brand new murder investigation within the last 6-8 weeks or so. WHY is this man still allowed to be on full duty???? Shouldn’t he be behind a desk, NOT INVESTIGATING anything, because he’s clearly incompetent.

The biggest problem with the EMT is when she allegedly said “I hit him” he never asked “hit him with what?” Which would be a natural response to assess his injuries

It is VERY frustrating to me that the judge is not allowing the attorneys to state the reason for the objections. The judge is making the reason and deciding on it! It hampers the defense from advocating if they dont know the reason! I cannot fathom why this is allowed!!!

I watched the pre trail hearings. The judge was absolutely ridiculous.

Very weird that testimony seemed to change once people spoke to Proctor. Also strange that no jacket was ever logged in evidence.

Why did the rock band Van Halen demand a bowl of M & M’s with all of the brown ones removed?
Because their performances were highly energetic and if a venue couldn’t follow this simple instruction, they couldn’t be trusted with the entire thing.

How did the scratches / abrasions occur on John’s arm if he was wearing a puffy coat? Also, the picture of JO on the lawn is missing. Clothes were kept in Proctors car for a couple months.

Totally agree, the judge is very biased leans toward the prosecution and def has disdain for the defense and makes these very unbalanced rulings
