Judge ruling - anyone having exceptional credentials can not testify for the defense and anyone having an education below grade 5 can testify for the prosecution.

If the judge doesn't allow Dr.Russell to testify before the jury about the dog bite wounds one can only conclude she has an implicit bias toward the prosecution. This is crucial evidence for the jurors in their consideration.

I’m Australian and I’m so outraged by this farce of a trial that I googled how to remove a judge in Massachusetts. If you’re a resident you can complain to the CJC or the governor. It’s been achieved before. If enough people who live in Massachusetts complain you can get results. It’s all online 🤷
