Very good video. I never thought about getting into the car between front and back to be able to put down the weight needed. Thank you. This saved my wife and I from taking the seat back to the store.

Omg I was finally able to get it in tight by myself thanks to the tip for getting behind the car seat to pull, seriously thanks so much!!!

Why does no one show the straps. Yes I understand where to clip i5 but where does that strap go

You should have demonstrated how to and where to attach the safety tether for the rear facing car seat. It may not move from side to side very much, but if you were to lift 'up' on the back of the seat, it would have leaned forward.

As I understand it, you should only 'borrow' the inner-most latch from the right and left seat if they are 11".

Okay but how do you install with older cars that don’t have those hooks to latch onto?

My issue is my middle seat doesnt have the ratcheting lap belt. Its just the regular lap belt. Not sure if it holds the "tightness"

You say it's best in the middle because it's furthest away from impact from both sides. Then you say if not then it's fine too. I don't get that. Is it best in the middle or not? If the seat is on the side and there is heavy impact there, won't the child be very badly hurt, and had been better to be in the middle? Which is it?

Rear facing can be deadly! If a infant or kid begins to choke they can easily aspirate without the driver being aware. No eye contact!!
