Hardshell around a fiberglass shell with a light bulb on the inside. They're quite bouncy and they're not hard to miss. I know someone who made these and that is what he claimed. I believe him because anything with fiberglass on the inside is bouncy.

It's a glow ball for night golf. Night golf events are set up with glow sticks in the holes and around the tees, you play in the dark usually at very short distances - its a fun type event, more of a social mixer than serious golf competition

I've used those before in Colorado. It was for an evening game, by the time we hit the 12th, we were in complete darkness. The tee boxes, sand traps, green edges, and cups are all lit. And there's like marker lights to show the fairway... it was really cool.

FYI hitting it feels like hitting a rock. Used them on a public par three at night with friends. Good time but go down at least two clubs every hit.

It's a ball for night golf. You play after the sun goes down on the course so he course is lit up with multicolor lights and the balls light up so their easier to find annd see.
