in arm devices running linux, it will show penguins on the top (more will show up depending on how much cpu cores are in this device) and will show the boot messages below it

It should also be noted that, on Fedora 35, Ubuntu 21.10, Ubuntu Unity 22.04, and Zorin OS 16.1, if you boot using EFI, your computer's OEM logo will also show up as part of the boot screen.

If it can't find an OEM logo, or it boots using legacy BIOS, Fedora and Zorin leaves the OEM logo space blank (which is why their boot animations are at the bottom), and Ubuntu and Ubuntu Unity simply places their respective logos in the space instead.

EDIT: Some virtualisation software, such as VirtualBox and QEMU, also uses their own OEM logos (QEMU actually uses the TianoCore logo).

I honestly wish all OS's had a GUI boot up, gives them personality you know, and if you really want to, have the terminal looking startup.

Note: opensuse tumbleweed, fedora 20, rhel, or any other rpm based distro have the same boot screens

I should point out that the Fedora 20 and RHEL 6.4 startup screens you showed were the text mode fallback versions, likely because you were using VMs.
On real hardware, the Fedora startup screen in the proper graphical mode was instead a grey background with a shape that filled up with white liquid to then flash into the Fedora logo.

There's a newer bootscreen for Android x86, which I think uses the Roboto font and looks more minimalistic (it has been a thing since Android Lollipop or something like that, so the bootscreen in this video is for Android KitKat and earlier)

i think all of this is booted from DVD. a few linux bootscreen shown on this video is different when installed. for example. MX linux on 2:53. the startup screen on that. it's just MX linux loading from DVD. the real boot screen of that is a gray background with the logo on it with a bar. also you forgot some version of deepin. kubuntu and more. and some linux distro. this video is quite outdated. it was made 9 months ago. so there is almost no chance of getting a heart or a reply

Endless OS and last Zorin boot animations are very interesting. Look like old mobiles and consoles startups.
P.S. What about video with Linux Shutdown screens? I heard last Zorin has that.

Could you include Pardus Gnome & XFCE (There are 2 different versions) in your next Linux video? Please.

One day I found out that the screens in the ZTM Poznań buses and trams run Linux, but another day I found out what distro they run. They run DSL.
