Chinese spring roll recipe is easy and can be prepared with few ingredients chicken and veggies with some spices. Best recipe for tea time or Hi-tea parties.

Chinese Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
1. Chicken breast boneless boiled & shredded 1cup
2. Oil 1/8cup
3. Garlic chopped 2tbsp
4. Capsicum 1 julienne cut
5. Carrot 1 julienne cut
6. Sweet corn 1/2cup
7. Onion 1 sliced
8. Pink salt 1tsp
9. Red chili flakes 1/2tsp
10. Black pepper crushed 1tsp
11. White pepper powder 1/2tsp
12. Vinegar 3tbsp
13. Soya sauce 1tbsp
14. Flour 2tbsp
15. Water 2tbsp
16. Spring roll sheets 20
17. Oil for frying

Method:
1. In a cooking pan add oil and add garlic chopped & cook for few seconds.
2. Then add capsicum, carrot, sweet corn, onion and cook on high flame.
3. Then add salt, red chili flakes, black pepper crushed, white pepper powder, vinegar and soya sauce mix well.
4. Then add chicken and mix well cook for 5 minutes on low flame filling is ready.
5. In a bowl add flour and water and mix well to make paste set aside.
6. Take spring roll sheet and place some amount of filling and roll the sheet and apply flour paste to lock the sides & in oil fry these rolls & serve hot with a cup of tea.
DELICIOUS CHINESE SPRING ROLLS are ready.
