i have loud heat sink fan after 3 days will take it back to walmart and paid $1400 and seen they stuck a WDC WDS240G2G0A hard drive in it running with a i7-8700 and GTX 1070 cheep!

So does I buy power suck? I have one and I can’t even run rust over 30 frames on low graphics.
