Note: iBUYPOWER did not sponsor this video and the PC was a review sample on loan. iBUYPOWER did not influence my review in any way nor were they shown the video prior to publishing. All of my observations and opinions are genuine.

Though I appreciate the value of iBUYPOWER's RDY systems and I can recommend their products, I've openly shared my concerns regarding some of their design choices. Well, let's just say the results of my testing did not turn out as I expected. OR DID THEY? I guess you'll have to watch the video to find out! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I bought one in 2020. Had to replace the cooler and upgraded the GPU to a 12GB 3080 and in 2022 it runs everything in 4K max settings between 80-120 FPS. I love it. Mine only has 2 fans in the front and I had to remove the little panel to hide the cables to fit the 3080 when I replaced my 2080 super. The 650 watt psu runs the 12GB gigabyte 3080
Perfect.

I have this exact unit. Purchased right before the front glass changed. It has performed excellent. I added an xpg 1tb nvme and two more sticks of 8gb xpg ram. It runs like a champ and I play Elden ring on ultra everything at 1440p. No issues. Beautiful!

Im so glad i came across this video. Just got my brand new ibp pc 2 weeks ago and noticed the front tempered glass panel was doing the pc absolutely no good. Ended up taking it right off and now seeing this video on it, i am pleased hehe.

I have the exact same combo in a Lian Li lancool mesh2 with 360mm AiO push-pull setup. I got mine from ibuypower and I love it. Ordered it after binge watching all of your SI videos lol good to know my PC will hold up in just about any situation. Keep making content!! You’re awesome!

I have an iBuyPower computer and recently took the front panel off, and to cover the holes (and a potential way for big debris and dust clumps to get in the computer) I just got some cheap magnetic strip and cut it all to size. Looks a bit more "intended" and less tedious to remove than tape.

The mesh has weak magnets on it so I assume it's safe to add the magnets to the front, I haven't gotten any weird crashes or errors or noises so I'm assuming there's nothing affected near the front of the case. Wouldn't recommend putting any magnets on the back near all the components though because you really shouldn't risk it.

I have that same case. I pulled the front panel off before I ever turned it on the first time. If the holes going down the front bug you… right as I was typing this out I got to the part about the black electric tape… lol that’s what I did. Looks fine. Your GPU will thank you!

Thanks for everything man. Great videos!

Love the content. The intro is low key fire too. Keep it up!

Got this system on December of last year and I just saw this video. I slapped in a 240ml cooler as exhaust uptop and the extra exhaust has kept my gpu at around 60-65c during gameplay sessions and up to 67c during heaven testing. Will do the filter removal up top and the side of the front panel for max airflow! Ty!

I bought an pc from them; I haven’t had any issue at all other than maybe airflow but I went cheap on the case at the time to maximize other pieces. I’m upgrading my case now but I love the pc so much!

That front panel has more airflow than my current setup while is a completely covered front panel.

Great vid! Got the same specs and case on President's day sale from IBP. This was a great resource to help me better understand the desktop. Very happy with the purchase so far. Great value for the performance.

I've got the Intel/Asus version of this build. Came with a 240 AIO for an i5-13600KF. Swapped out the RAM with 32GB of TridentZ from an old build and it's amazing. Only gripe I have is that for some reason whenever I connect a controller via bluetooth whatever game I'm playing goes haywire with lag so I keep it wired. Other than that, solid build. This video is actually what inspired to give IBP a try because I've always built my own rigs from the ground up for the past 20 years.

Also, you're absolutely correct about the front panel.. It looks pretty sweet but once you take it off the temps drop dramatically especially on the GPU.

Sir, I just want to say thank you! The suggestion of removing the glass front panel has allowed me to drop 5-7C on my CPU temps. Airflow is a powerful thing. For anyone just getting into PC like me, airflow is probably just as important as the parts in the case. Ibuypower did provide me with an excellent PC with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3D and an NVIDIA 3080 for only $2, 000 at the time of my purchase. This was my first PC and fell into the trap of the case looks cool and this is reputable manufacturer so it must be good for the hardware.

I wish I would have seen this video before buying my IBUYPOWER PC. I am extremely happy with the product, I just would have upgraded the case from them.

making this comment at during the sponsor seg so hopefully the review goes well! this is basically the same build i got from ibuypwer except mine was a 3060 not ti and the front pannel of the case has that cross section in the glass going the oposite way. So far the pc as a whole has been amazing and i havent had any issues with gpu temp. Ive played and streamed warzone and elden ring for upwards of 10 hours and the gpu never has exceeded 68 degrees Fahrenheit and stays nice and quiet. my first pc ibuypower is great and i have to say thank you for steering me in their direction!

After two Abs systems from new egg went south on me . I stumbled upon your channel and Ibuypower. That was in November. I bought this system after watching a few of your older videos. And have to say I’m extremely happy with I did upgrade ram and case but I ran it with out the front panel for months to keep it cool. That’s for your videos . And forza horizon 5 has a built in benchmark tool

Could probably modify the front and attach it using some stand-offs. Half inch gap all the way around should do it
