My wife has an iBuyPower PC, during the great GPU shortage it was cheaper to buy the whole system from iBuyPower than it was to buy just the GPU from scalpers. Thank you iBuyPower for not doing stupid markups.

Thank you for coming out to our HQ Jay! We hope you enjoyed the experience of configuring your own PC and doing a facility tour with us! We've made it our mission to continue improving our processes to better the whole customer service journey with our PCs.

Warm wishes from all of us at iBUYPOWER and looking forward to more!

Since IBP are going to be reading these comments, I just want to say good work and thank you guys. At the beginning of the pandemic, I specced a PC and had it shipped to my almost completely tech illiterate sister-in -law. It arrived in perfect condition, it was easy to set up and it enabled her to work from home and continue to make money for her family. It also introduced her to gaming, which she has continued to enjoy. I've always built my own machines but I bought a Y60 case to build my son's music production system in. I could have gone with a generic case since the machine is not used for gaming but he wanted a bit of flair. I was really impressed with both the cool design and the quality of the case and so then I built my wife's machine in the elegant Revolt 3 which she absolutely loves. Finally, I've just finished my new machine in the flaming red Y40 and it looks fantastic. Once again thank you IBP from our family for producing great products and thank you Jay, Phil and Nic for producing an informative video. BTW Phile, nice work on the in-video titles. Nicely done.

I used I Buy Power for my first PC back in 02 and loved them. I used them a second time about 10 years ago and another great experience. I put a PC together myself for the first time a couple years ago and probably will continue to do so going forward but if I ever do go with a pre-built again I highly recommend I Buy Power

I know this process is not appealing to us regular JTC subscribers, but I absolutely see the value for someone who wants a turn key experience. If i had 0 skills for PC building and wanted to play on pc, I wouldn't hesitate to go this route after watching this. Nice work Jay and team.

Ibuypower used to be the cheapest, sketchiest builders out there: no vrm heatsinks, single 8Gb ram stick, gtx 1050 gaming card, stock cooler. Now look at them, what an improvement!!👏👏

I'm not target demographic for an SI but appreciate this transparency. Will definitely recommend this video to friends/family looking at getting a pc. Top tier video, shout out to everyone involved in making this happen.

I bought a Revolt 2 from ibuypower about 7 years ago and it was an incredible system especially for the price. Really like how they would update you in real time online as to what they were doing. They listed every test and process they used and whether it passed or failed and were pretty quick. The packaging was also excellent.

Usually dont comment too much, but this type of content is fantastic & much appreciated. I´ve gotten my Own System from IBP in Europe 4 Years ago and once I had issues with the initial product after a couple months they sent out a company to pick it up without hassle, fixed everything and had it sent back to me with patient support.

Thank you for this video. My son bought his pc from them, the graphics card came inside at that time and it wasn’t working. Customer service was phenomenal. He’s had it since 2021 and no issues.

I bought an iBuyPower pc around 2010 and was amazed at how well it was built and worked. When I started gaming on it I noticed artifacts on the screen and called them. They quickly RMA'd me a new video card and it worked fine after that. I've been building my own pc's since then but my experience with them was awesome!

Thanks Jay. Just bought my first new system since 2009 because of this video. I did tell them your name on checkout, so hope that helps you a bit. I've been building and researching for the last year. Exactly what I was building in all the sites/forums/my head for a bit cheaper.

Probably said below, but:
Thank you to you, Jay, for showing us what takes place behind the scenes, and big thank you shout out to iBUYPOWER for letting Jay show us what goes on behind the scenes. Not many a company would let the public do that. Note: I have been to one other mass market computer builder's warehouse many years ago. They were accommodating, of course, but also cautious on answering questions, such as burn-in time for their systems. Appreciate the access iBUYPOWER.

I should say, I have built the last two computers in my home myself. I am still learning. The pre-builts do have their place, though.

Man this video is awesome! My coworker just bought an Ibuypower system and I was curious if they were good. Glad to see they look good.

I spec'd out an IBP PC in 2017 that was a bit overkill at the time. But I still use it today with ZERO problems. Until I recently treated it to a case upgrade, the only add on I've done is extra storage to keep up with the size of todays games. Well done to whoever put it together for me...

9:51 - Lab Tour starts

Love that we actually got to see the facility. Seeing the size of the warehouse and the fact the entire customer service department is also on site in California makes me understand the price markup a little. Still more than I would pay, but I get not everyone has the time or desire to learn PC building.

Also, thanks to the marketing team that greenlit the tour to make this video actually worth watching over a typical sponsored video.
