I constantly use my Food saver. It helps me to keep my food that I freeze from getting freezer

I also dont use my AC Or Heater that keeps my bills low.

I also dont flush when I pee everyone. It goes like this: When it is yellow let it mellow n when it is brown let it drown....

And one more thing I don't use that often is my light in my bathroom. It helps me to conserve energy n my light bill.

And when I go grocery shopping I use a grocery list....😊

I rarely eat out! Perhaps once or twice a year. I do occasionally pick up an entree at the deli when I'm grocery shopping and take it home to pair with food I've already prepared. Last time I bought a delicious slab of lasagna and took it home to add a salad and dessert I'd already made. The lasagna cost $4 and was worth it to me because I didn't have the time or interest to make it myself.

If I don't drink enough water daily, I get physical issues and feel unwell as I dehydrate easily. So after dinner in the evening I chug as much water as I can so that it replenishes me and by bedtime it has left my body so I sleep great!
