Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said political will was required to ensure that Ukraine secures the military supplies it needs. Russian authorities in Crimea blocked traffic on the Crimean Bridge in the early hours of March 4 for the second consecutive night. Rail traffic in Russia's Samara region was also suspended after an explosion on a bridge on March 4. Russia said its Su-34 jets dropped bombs on a Ukrainian stronghold in Krasny Liman, while artillery hit over 270 targets near the Kupyansk sector. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said that he doesn’t rule out that the West may send its troops to the conflict zone in Ukraine.
