The explosion start under the vehicles bridge. I would assume an underwater drone or drones could do that. Those bridges got lifted then felled back down. Some shrapnels hit the unlucky train passing at the same time. I am thinking that unknown small boat drone that was beached near Sebastopol was part of this strike. Don't forget that most of the Russian fleet got pulled back from the Crimea region.
