Russia has officially launched direct passenger train service to the annexed territory of Crimea, using a rail route that bypasses mainland Ukraine. People can now travel from Saint Petersburg southward toward the Crimean city of Sevastopol. The journey lasts 44 hours and crosses the Crimean Bridge, which Moscow is accused of building illegally over the Strait of Kerch. Russian President Vladimir Putin rode along a section of the railway route on Monday to inaugurate the railway. Moscow seized Crimea from Ukraine in 2014, a move that's drawn international condemnation. The new train route is seen as a fresh step to cement Russia's grip on the region.

One correction to make, US and EU does not constitute international community, they are a small proportion of it which is becoming irrelevant very fast.

that feeling when you live in Crimea, want to join Russia, but Germany does not support. Although all the aggression towards for the Crimea comes from Ukraine - the blockade of food, water, electricity, banks, transportation. What relation does Germany have to Crimea, I can’t imagine, but who cares

When it comes to real democracy, Crimea was reunified with Russia through referendum whereas East Germany that was annexed by West Germany, as there were no referendum held on the matter in East Germany.

The Nato forces entered Libya in 2013 to dethrone Gaddafi and establish peace and democracy... But Today Libya is a failed state.... Thank you Putin ... Hope Ukraine realizes this before it's too late...

Russia and the East are against the construction of the airport in Berlin. Ohhh... I'm sorry, nevermind, you cannot even finish it for more then 14 years so the show just go on.
Just an interesting fact, when Ukraine is cutting water, electricity and food supply to the peninsula, the West is prasing it, and when Russia builds airports, electric power plants and roads the West is against it.
It seems like the Western part of the world is losing its mind. Oh well, they haven't ever been rational with Holocaust, crusades and other genocides like native Americans and Australians
