People complained about Ken Jennings back in the day. Some people are just sour. He has a long way to go before he breaks the all time record.

He found a trick to win IF your smart... he gets the questions right! None of the tricks work if he answers every question wrong. When he goes “all in” he’s gotta get it right or he’s losing it all.

That guy actually wrote the editorial for the NY Times and was a bag of sour grapes. He was a 1 episode loser on Jeopardy so he's pretty much complaining that the game should be "casual and fun." Also, the guy doesn't even assert that no matter how much strategy you use, you have to answer the questions right at the end of the day, and Holzhauer has a ridiculous correct answer rate as well as number of questions answered per episode. The "professor" also had the gall to say that what James is doing is everything wrong with America today...so capitalizing on what you're good at is what's wrong with America? I kinda wish more people would maximize what they're good at rather than sit back in mediocrity and have a "casual and fun" time.

I've watched Jeopardy for a LONG time (pretty much all of Trebek's tenure), and I've never enjoyed the show more than I do now thanks to James. I still don't understand how he's even REMOTELY ruining the game, if anything he's made it better!!!!

Yes the ratings are the highest now with super James the telephoto memory alien from Vegas going where no man has ever gone before. It has ruined the show for me. I won't watch the bulldoze. To each his own.
