The total resolution of the Q3S is actually ~3.5K in terms of total pixels and Q3 is ~4.5K

for FPS games, I would recommend Contractors. This game has built-in mod support, so you can REALLY play cod in VR. They have a different game called Contractors Showdown, which is a battle royale type game.

you can try contractors showdown it is like COD Warzone or the normal contractors game you can download old cod maps and zombie maps and play the old zombie maps but in VR

You can still game with all that 4k ray tracing etc using PCVR by wirelessly linking the Quest 3/3S to the PC

If you like games like Battlefield, hook up your quest to your pc and get Pavlov on there, you have to buy it again, that sucks, but the pc version has servers for a game mode called PUSH, with 24 to 50 player lobbies on large scale maps, like storming D-day or Vietnam. It’s crazy chaotic and feels like a full war simulator.

I wouldn’t say the passthrough is my favorite thing about it, If you like to play games and feel like you are in them you need to cop one of these.

I already have the Quest 3 i bought it when it launched and I also have the Playstation VR2 also which has the best graphics you'll probably see in your life to this point and my Quest 3 I usually use it to play mixed reality games as I enjoy them more than VR games or regular games that are played on a TV

I love my Quest 3, I can install any android apk I want on it so I can have floating windows while taking a shit or even cooking.

The shooter games are amazing, Contractors & showdown, breachers, onward, Ghost of Tabor.

I wouldn’t get this headset if you don't plan to have fun with it, play some good games with it and maybe even some horror ones 👀

The Quest 3s is good for people just getting into VR but if you ain't the best then get the Quest 3 and 3 things i don't like are
1 it has no headphone jack and I usually use my Quest 3 to produce music with and I need a headphone jack to connect it to my soundcard in my studio through a wire
2 it has no proximity sensor so when you take the headset off you always have to press the standby button to turn it off and to turn it on and the Quest 3 has a sensor that deals with that
3 it not compatible with the Quest Pro controllers with the cameras in it the controllers that come with the Quest Pro other than that it should be fine for the normal user
