Follow this face yoga daily routine to train your forehead not to move when you open your eyes. Make your eyes bigger and lift up your upper eyelids. You will learn to isolate your eye muscles and reduce unnecessary forehead movements which cause forehead wrinkles that make us look old prematurely. It will train your brain to use your eye muscles when opening your eyes instead of contracting your forehead muscle to help open your eyes.
The second pose tones your under eye area and lifts up your face line. It helps to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles in the crow's feet area. It will also reduce eye puffiness.
The third pose in this face yoga daily routine smooths and prevents nasolabial fold lines and smoker lines. Hands help to lift up your face line. This pose helps to improve blood circulations to your entire face and encourage natural collagen production. It also helps to reduce the appearance of under eye bags and dark circles. It helps to gently stretch the muscles on your mid face and release tension in the jaw area.
