There are tons of ways you can incorporate sprouts into your diet, but my favorite - and arguably the best way - is to use them as the base of your salad! I use about 4 ounces of sprouts a day by replacing the usual greens with broccoli sprouts. You can still toss in your kale or lettuce or whatever you wish! BUT THE SPROUTS ARE THE MOST NUTRIENT DENSE PART!
