Here's a quick tip to get bigger legs. Try this out on your next leg day. If you are serious about bodybuilding you will love higher rep sets!

I recommend Superhuman Pre-Workout & SuperHuman Protein to train harder & build muscle faster & the taste is better than candy!

“I’ve been doing squats heavy and can’t grow legs”???? No one has ever said this. Straight bs

Dude has a great physique yet people on the comments section seem to be hating. There are so many fitness channels on YouTube and to stand out he has to try and be different if he is to beat the algorithm. Ain’t nothing with sharing the knowledge with “Little Timmy” 🤣🤣🤣

People have to realise that we’re all built different one persons physiology regardless of “mobility” might mean they find it hard to connect to their quads on barbell squats and it’s all low back and glute, if you connect well on squats good for you but many don’t and lunges, split squats, leg press, extensions and hack squats are often a much better alternative for some. Don’t fall for the barbell dogma crew who swear u gotta do the big 3 otherwise you’ll shrink down after 2 weeks. Muscles only know stress and if you’re not connecting you’re most likely not growing. 💪🏽

So basically, work your legs more and don't just do squats?

I’m scared to being disproportionate due to machines like the leg extensions tho. What if I train quads too much and Hammies too little?

Jesus. The insecurities in this world. Who the hell wants to look like Jay Cutler or the hulk? I mean all the issue and death that come from it. Little dudes still want that, thinking it'll make them more of a man. Hint, if you're still the same inside, your body won't make you alpha

"Quads didn't grow at all" well thats bullshit kus squats definitely work to build legs and they are good for a lot of other things but yeah it may not be the best exercise for hypertrophy

“I was lifting heavy on squats for years and my legs didn’t grow”

“Go higher up on the squat”

What?

If you are increasing the weight your squatting consistently then it is literally impossible not to build muscle (assuming your nutrition and form is right)

Higher rep squats= more chance of injury. If your legs aren’t growing your probably not eating enough

Cbum, that guy who just three-peated classic physique has directly attributed his insane legs to heavy squats

I can confirm, I squatted heavy and made 0 size gains and i went ATG and never even felt my legs work
As soon as i ditched barbell squats for the hack squat machine my quad gains exploded.

12 to 20 reps is a big ass gap in rep range

I started doing some pretty insane volume for legs around 1, 5 month ago and have seen pretty quick size difference. I use belt squat machine since I can't load my spine. 6-7 sets of 20 very deep reps. I'm using what is a heavy weight for me and the 20 reps are done with a pause after each to be able to do it. Basically if I have to take a pause of 10 sec during the set I will do it just in order to finish all the reps. Rest 6-7 min between sets. Then I do some extensions, curls and calf raises. Seems to be working both when it comes to strength and mass. Starting weight was 140 kg on the belt squat and I did like 12 or so per set. Now I'm doing 6 sets of 20 with 180 kg. Fairly certain I could do 190 kg as well while still keeping the same ROM. Workout the legs 2-3 times a week.
