Greek Orzo Pasta Salad

I am a fan of Greek anything and love the combination of flavors!

Tonight as our side with Smash Burgers I made Greek orzo pasta salad and it was great!

2 Cups cooked orzo pasta, drained and cooled
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh Cilantro
Purple onion, medium diced
1/2 Seeded English cucumber, medium diced
Kalamata olives sliced in half
Feta crumbled cheese
Kosher salt
Ground pepper
1/2 bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

Pasta is better with a dressing that has fat/oil oils that it can absorb. This is one of my faves and is a great marinade too! (Just try it, I promise!)

The key is mixing the veggies in a bowl with the dressing before adding to the pasta!
